Lush Gourmet Foods (a.k.a. LGF) is based in Kalamazoo, MI and is owned and operated by Bisera Urdarevik. A graduate of Kendall College in Chicago, where she received a degree in both Baking & Pastry and Food & Beverage Management. With her new skills in the kitchen, she developed the original family recipe into the five unique flavors you find today.

Lush nuts are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. There are only 3 ingredients used in the recipe: Peanuts, a bit of cane sugar, and the highest quality of spices; they never use any artificial ingredients or preservatives. Lush Nuts are made using a special process that gives them a great crunch and depth of flavor.

Lush Nuts are unlike any other coated nut you have tasted and come in 5 unique flavors: Hot Curry, Coffee, Salt & Pepper, Cinnamon Spice, & Original (my two favs are Cinnamon Spice & Original)!
