Rubio's - The Coastal Trio

I just love Rubio's. It's by far my favorite Mexican food place. So before I began my no carb & no sugar diet (look forward to my next post), I wanted my last meal to be something that I absolutely LOVE!

So I ordered The Coastal Trio from Rubio's and I'm giving it a 5 star rating!!

• The Original Fish Taco (who doesn't love the taco that started it all!)
Rubio's signature recipe that started it all in 1983.

• Salsa Verde Shrimp Taco (OMG this is totally my fav!)
Shrimp, pan-seared and topped with salsa verde.

• Regal Springs® Tilapia Taco
Grilled or Blackened Regal Springs Tilapia (I choose grilled) topped with creamy chipotle sauce and Serrano slaw.

Why I love:
I love that you can sample 3 different tacos! Fresh & sustainable seafood (Just look at the pic!)
My stomach was satisfied by not too full like other Mexican resturaunt foods. Wallet friendly (this trio is under $8.00). Fast & friendly service.
