A couple of weeks ago I wrote a blog post for Minted about their marvelous online marketplace of independent artists and designers. I'm thrilled to share with you my charming Home Sweet Home framed art piece for our home.

This precious piece has been placed in our entry way to welcome us and our guests. Every time I walk past it I feel uplifted knowing that we have created a home that I can feel proud of. It reminds me of the saying "home is where the heart is" and no matter the physical location of our house my home is with my family and that this piece will follow me through all the stages of our lives. I plan on keeping this framed beauty 4-ever and I hope to pass it down to my daughter one day for when she starts her own family.

This limited edition print was created by Kristen Smith from Augusta, GA. Available in 3 colors: pastel, neutral and earth (I choose earth to match my pretty bohemian style) and has 11 frame options: black, white, natural, natural french farmhouse, whitewashed french farmhouse, whitewashed herringbone, distressed charcoal stain, distressed cottage white, distressed indigo stain, reclaimed barnwood and antique filigree (I choose the reclaimed barnwood as I thought it was breathtaking and timeworn choice).
