Love at first bite!

Rubio’s Restaurants is known for its most popular item: The Original Fish Taco. However, it’s the company’s dedication to providing fresh ingredients (sourced locally whenever possible), inventive chef-crafted recipes (designed by the Rubio’s culinary team) and a passion for creating lighter, fresher seafood dishes that have made it a fan favorite for the past 30 years.

My review: I'm typically not a fan of seafood tacos but I instantly fell in love with two of their "Featured Catches" the Atlantic Salmon Taco and the Pacific Mahi Mahi Taco after one bite!

Was the seafood caught right before I walked in? Because it sure tasted like it :) Full of flavor, the mix of spices was spot on! I don't know how they do it but whatever it is, it's sure working because it is intoxicating. Using fire-roasted corn is the icing on the taco!

Let's just say, I was more than just "pleasantly surprised" by Rubio's I was WOWED! So you would think that this mouthwatering food would come with a pretty hefty price tag? Well, I'm happy to write that all food items at Rubio's are under $9! Oh, and many of their items are LOW CALORIE! Seriously, how can you not fall in love with this fan favorite :)
